You may return new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery. Before shipping your order, we conduct quality assurance checks for functionality and damage. Upon receiving your new vehicle, please inspect it thoroughly. Any shipping damage must be reported to us with a video showing 0 miles on the display within 72 hours of receipt. For credit card or PayPal orders, If you cancel your order after processing payment a 3.5% processing fee applies, this fee is the cost of processing your credit card payment that is non-refundable upon cancellation. Unfortunately this is what these companies charge to process a payment and it is not a fee we keep.
